Jer Bajagina muzika oduvijek pripada otvorenom prostoru – ulicama\, trgovima\, obalama. Onim mjestima gdje se lako prepoznamo u stihovima o slobodi\, putovanjima\, ljubavi i malim\, ali važnim životnim izborima. Mjestima gdje „more zna“ i gdje se živi sporije\, ali punije. \nOtvaranje Festivala vjetra koncertom Bajage i Instruktora simbolično spaja ono što je srž ove manifestacije – more kao inspiraciju\, kulturu života uz more\, i ideju da se sport\, edukacija\, kultura i zabava ne nadmeću\, već nadopunjuju. Bajaga’s music has always belonged to open spaces — streets\, squares\, and coastlines. Places where we easily recognize ourselves in lyrics about freedom\, travel\, love\, and the small yet important choices in life. Tivatska regata krstaša UNA Montenegro CUP\, jedna od najdugovječnijih i najprepoznatljivijih regata krstaša u Boki Kotorskoj. \nTivatska regata krstaša već dvije decenije okuplja jedriličare iz Crne Gore i regiona\, zadržavajući isti format i prepoznatljivu rutu\, po kojoj je postala jedinstvena u akvatorijumu Boke Kotorske. \nStart regate je kod Ponte Seljanova\, nakon čega flota oplovljava ostrvo Gospa od milosti i ostrvo Sveti Marko\, nastavlja jedrenje kroz tjesnac Ralo\, a potom ide do i oko ostrva pred Perastom. Cilj regate je na Ponti Seljanova\, čime se zatvara atraktivna i zahtjevna ruta koja povezuje gotovo sve ključne morske tačke unutrašnjeg zaliva. Ovakva trasa daje regati poseban karakter\, istovremeno testirajući taktičko znanje\, izdržljivost i vještinu posada. \nKao i prethodnih godina\, očekuje se učešće značajnog broja krstaša različitih klasa\, a UNA Montenegro CUP i ove godine ostaje više od sportskog nadmetanja – susret zaljubljenika u more i jedrenje\, i ključni dio Festivala vjetra\, manifestacije posvećene očuvanju kulture života uz more i promociji Boke Kotorske kao atraktivne jedriličarske destinacije. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n📍 JK Delfin\, Tivat | April 26\, 2026 | 11:00 AM \nAs part of the Festival of the Wind\, on Sunday\, April 26\, 2026\, the 21st Tivat Cruiser Regatta UNA Montenegro CUP will be held — one of the longest-running and most recognizable cruiser regattas in the Bay of Kotor. \nFor more than two decades\, the Tivat Cruiser Regatta has brought together sailors from Montenegro and the wider region\, maintaining the same format and recognizable route that has made it unique within the waters of the Bay of Kotor. \nThe regatta starts near Ponta Seljanova\, after which the fleet sails around the islands of Gospa od Milosti and Sveti Marko\, continues through the Ralo Strait\, and then heads toward and around the islands near Perast. The finish line is once again at Ponta Seljanova\, completing an attractive and demanding route that connects nearly all the key maritime points of the inner bay. This course gives the regatta its distinctive character while testing the crews’ tactical knowledge\, endurance\, and sailing skills. \nAs in previous years\, participation from a significant number of cruisers across different classes is expected. Antona\, Tripovići\, TIVAT  | 9. maj 2026. | 20:00h \nPlato ispred tivatske župne crkve Svetog Antona i ovog proljeća biće jedna od najljepših pozornica Festivala vjetra. Nakon prošlogodišnje večeri o kojoj se dugo pričalo\, program „Veče klapske pjesme“ vraća se u još bogatijem izdanju\, okupljajući klape iz više crnogorskih gradova u ambijentu koji svojim pogledom na Tivat i akvatorij daje posebnu čar svakom tonu. \nKlapska pjesma je važan dio lokalnog identiteta Boke i njene nematerijalne kulturne baštine – spoj mediteranskog duha\, višeglasja i emocije koji se prenosi generacijama. Upravo zato ovo veče zauzima posebno mjesto u programu Festivala vjetra i očekuje se sa velikim nestrpljenjem. \nOrganizatori programa su Bokeljska udruga muzičara a capella i JK „Delfin“. Riječ je o mladoj\, ali izuzetno aktivnoj udruzi koja je za svega nekoliko godina djelovanja stekla povjerenje brojnih klapa i organizatora smotri širom Crne Gore i regiona\, potvrđujući ozbiljnost i kvalitet svog rada. \nOvogodišnje izdanje donosi smotru deset crnogorskih klapa iz Tivta\, Kotora\, Budve\, Nikšića i Podgorice. Following last year’s unforgettable evening that remained a topic of conversation long afterward\, the “Evening of Klapa Singing” returns in an even richer edition\, gathering klapa groups from several Montenegrin cities in a setting whose panoramic view over Tivat and the bay gives every note a special charm. \nKlapa singing is an important part of the local identity of the Bay of Kotor and its intangible cultural heritage — a blend of Mediterranean spirit\, multipart harmony\, and emotion that has been passed down through generations. This is precisely why the evening holds a special place within the Festival of the Wind program and is awaited with great anticipation. \nThe program is organized by the Bokeljska udruga muzičara a capella and Jedriličarski klub Delfin. Although relatively young\, the association has become exceptionally active and\, within only a few years\, has gained the trust of numerous klapa groups and festival organizers across Montenegro and the wider region\, confirming the seriousness and quality of its work. \nThis year’s edition features ten Montenegrin klapa groups from Tivat\, Kotor\, Budva\, Nikšić\, and Podgorica. The discussion will also address the current amendments to the Law on the Kotor Area\, which more clearly define obligations regarding spatial protection. \nThis event is an opportunity to remind the public of the value of Vrmac — its rich natural heritage\, archaeological sites\, fortification heritage\, and landscape integrity — while also openly discussing the challenges and responsibilities of institutions and the wider community. \nFree van transportation from the center of Tivat to Gornja Lastva will be organized for all interested visitors. \nFollowing the discussion\, participants and guests will enjoy a special gastronomic experience titled “Heritage in a Pot\,” along with an accompanying musical program inspired by the atmosphere and traditions of Gornja Lastva.

Ovim poglavljem fokus je na Boki Kotorskoj\, njenim planinama koje se preslikavaju u moru\, barkama u tišini\, starim gradovima poput Kotora i Perasta\, svetlosti koja oblikuje pejzaž i stvara atmosferu bezvremenosti. \nKroz slike\, crteže i grafike umjetnica je transformisala prepoznatljive motive u vlastitu likovnu poetiku\, istražujući igru svjetla i sjenke\, odsjaje i dubine. Visitors will be able to watch club members and competitors in the Optimist and ILCA classes preparing their boats and heading out to sea. The youngest visitors will also have the opportunity to sit in the boats and feel sailing ropes in their hands for the very first time. In addition to the presentation of the upcoming Sailing School season\, the experience will also include environmental presentations and film screenings. \nAlongside the club’s youngest competitors\, the hosts will include older generations of Delfin sailors\, who will present the club’s sporting achievements and share experiences from decades of club activity\, as the club celebrates its 75th anniversary this year. Start je planiran kod tvrđave Španjola\, a trasa vodi sve do gradske luke Škver\, prolazeći kroz Stari grad i glavni trg kod Sat kule. Dužina staze iznosi oko 1\,3 kilometra\, a vožnje traju približno tri minuta. \nTrka se vozi u downhill formatu\, uz dvije do tri probne vožnje\, nakon čega slijede kvalifikacije i finalna trka planirana u popodnevnim satima. The start is planned near the Španjola Fortress\, while the route leads all the way down to the Škver city port\, passing through the Old Town and the main square by the Clock Tower. The track length is approximately 1.3 kilometers\, with rides lasting around three minutes. \nThe race will be held in downhill format\, with two to three practice runs followed by qualifications and the final race scheduled for the afternoon hours.
