Tivatska regata UNA Montenegro Cup

U okviru Festivala vjetra, u nedelju, 26. aprila 2026. godine, biće održana 21. Tivatska regata krstaša UNA Montenegro CUP, jedna od najdugovječnijih i najprepoznatljivijih regata krstaša u Boki Kotorskoj.

Tivatska regata krstaša već dvije decenije okuplja jedriličare iz Crne Gore i regiona, zadržavajući isti format i prepoznatljivu rutu, po kojoj je postala jedinstvena u akvatorijumu Boke Kotorske.

Start regate je kod Ponte Seljanova, nakon čega flota oplovljava ostrvo Gospa od milosti i ostrvo Sveti Marko, nastavlja jedrenje kroz tjesnac Ralo, a potom ide do i oko ostrva pred Perastom. Cilj regate je na Ponti Seljanova, čime se zatvara atraktivna i zahtjevna ruta koja povezuje gotovo sve ključne morske tačke unutrašnjeg zaliva. Ovakva trasa daje regati poseban karakter, istovremeno testirajući taktičko znanje, izdržljivost i vještinu posada.

Kao i prethodnih godina, očekuje se učešće značajnog broja krstaša različitih klasa, a UNA Montenegro CUP i ove godine ostaje više od sportskog nadmetanja – susret zaljubljenika u more i jedrenje, i ključni dio Festivala vjetra, manifestacije posvećene očuvanju kulture života uz more i promociji Boke Kotorske kao atraktivne jedriličarske destinacije.

As part of the Festival of the Wind, on Sunday, April 26, 2026, the 21st Tivat Cruiser Regatta UNA Montenegro CUP will be held — one of the longest-running and most recognizable cruiser regattas in the Bay of Kotor.

For more than two decades, the Tivat Cruiser Regatta has brought together sailors from Montenegro and the wider region, maintaining the same format and recognizable route that has made it unique within the waters of the Bay of Kotor.

The regatta starts near Ponta Seljanova, after which the fleet sails around the islands of Gospa od Milosti and Sveti Marko, continues through the Ralo Strait, and then heads toward and around the islands near Perast. The finish line is once again at Ponta Seljanova, completing an attractive and demanding route that connects nearly all the key maritime points of the inner bay. This course gives the regatta its distinctive character while testing the crews’ tactical knowledge, endurance, and sailing skills.

As in previous years, participation from a significant number of cruisers across different classes is expected. The UNA Montenegro CUP remains more than just a sporting competition — it is a gathering of people passionate about the sea and sailing, and an essential part of the Festival of the Wind, an event dedicated to preserving the culture of life by the sea and promoting the Bay of Kotor as an attractive sailing destination.
