U okviru programa Festivala vjetra, Jedriličarski klub „Delfin“ i ove godine organizuje Regatu veterana – sportski događaj koji slavi dugogodišnje iskustvo, jedriličarsko znanje i ljubav prema moru.

Regata veterana već je prepoznata kao poseban segment Wind Festa, jer okuplja jedriličare koji su svojim radom, rezultatima i posvećenošću obilježili istoriju ovog sporta u Tivtu i Boki. Ona je istovremeno takmičenje i susret generacija, prilika da se na moru ponovo ukrste jedra starih rivala, ali i da se kroz druženje potvrdi snažna zajednica koju jedrenje stvara.

Regata će biti održana u tivatskom akvatorijumu sa startom u 11 sati, dok je okupljanje učesnika planirano u jutarnjim časovima u prostorijama JK „Delfin“.

Namijenjena jedriličarima veteranima, regata predstavlja spoj sportskog nadmetanja i prijateljske atmosfere, gdje iskustvo i osjećaj za vjetar dolaze do punog izražaja. U duhu Wind Festa, događaj promoviše aktivan život uz more, njegovanje pomorske tradicije i međugeneracijsku povezanost kroz sport.

Regata veterana podsjeća da jedrenje nije samo takmičenje – već način života koji traje.

As part of the Festival of the Wind program, Jedriličarski klub Delfin is once again organizing the Veterans Regatta — a sporting event that celebrates years of experience, sailing knowledge, and a love for the sea.

The Veterans Regatta has already become recognized as a special segment of Wind Fest, bringing together sailors whose work, achievements, and dedication have shaped the history of the sport in Tivat and the Bay of Kotor. At the same time, it is both a competition and a gathering of generations — an opportunity for former rivals to once again cross sails at sea, while also reaffirming the strong community spirit created through sailing.

The regatta will take place in the waters of Tivat, with the start scheduled for 11:00 AM, while participants will gather earlier in the morning at the facilities of JK Delfin.

Designed for veteran sailors, the regatta combines sporting competition with a friendly atmosphere, where experience and a true feeling for the wind come fully into focus. In the spirit of Wind Fest, the event promotes an active life by the sea, the preservation of maritime tradition, and intergenerational connection through sport.
